Once again I am back to blogging.  The focus will be a bit different from here on out, as I have been backed in order to play $25NLHE and will be spending most of my time doing that and not playing as much as I have on Stars.  I’m playing my cash games on RPM Poker, mostly 3 tabling 6 max and 1 table of full ring.  I like the 6max game as it tends to move faster and you can be somewhat more creative in that.

As I write this, I am down 5 buy ins or so over about 14K hands.  Most of the losses were in the beginning as I was getting used to the software and reaquainting myself with shorthanded cash game play.  I’ve had some solid sessions recently and should be back to even and above shortly.

If you haven’t tried out RPM I would recommend that you take a look at it.  The software is pretty easy to deal with and it’s fairly simple to multi table and keep up with everything.  The only downside is that Pokertracker doesn’t work with it.  I do wish the hand histories were written to my hard drive as well, but hopefully that will change soon.  All in all it is a pretty good site, and I see more players and tables everyday.

I plan on keeping this updated pretty regularly, and more real content.  For now I am going to sign off and go play some poker.
